About Ken Behrens

Ken Behrens is partially retired. In addition to being a visiting professor of mathematics for DeVry University online, and sharing the organist position at Houston UMC in southern Delaware, he volunteers time tutoring math to students in third world countries via the internet, does statistical compilations for Love INC of Mid-Delmarva, and is accompanist for the Cheerful Notes Senior Glee Club.

He and his wife Ruth have an active volunteer music ministry including a Catholic charismatic prayer group, the Milford interdenominational soup kitchen, and various care facilities. They are members of the Milford Ministerial Association and the Milford Interdenominational Minister’s Alliance, and pastor an international online church fellowship.

In the year 2016, they served as worship musicians and statistical help for YWAM’s World Impact Tour in southern Delaware, helped launch a new church in Milford, preaching, doing music ministry, media and advertising, and spearheaded several Christian city-wide gatherings and celebrations.
