How to Use Public Domain Content in Homeschooling

What you can do with a public domain resource really only depends on two things:

  1. The content the source contains AND
  2. Your imagination

Public domain content, depending on what form it takes, can be used in electronic projects, printables, ebooks, art, and as part of larger projects.

Here are just a few of the ways I have used public domain content:

Use text and pictures from a public domain book to create copywork pages.

Or, use a simple free software like Audacity and create an audiobook.

Make notebooking pages, lapbooks, and printables for a theme or unit.

You are limited only by your imagination and your computer skills as to what you can create!
