This is the first time I've ever heard of Superbrain yoga before. The research, as usual, is fascinating. Sorry for what might be a dumb question, but I was confused about the difference between acupressure and acupuncture. Acupressure is therapy where someone applies pressure to stimulate specific pressure points on the body. Acupuncture uses needles to penetrate the same spots? Seems like they were used interchangeably /.
